Welcome Laurel-Ann

We are pleased to welcome Laurel-Ann Baker as our new Senior Director. She is a seasoned real estate executive, having previously held senior positions with a third-party management firm, prominent real estate brokerage and as one of the founding partners of a boutique national retail brokerage. She has provided tenant representation, listing, project management and consulting services on behalf of both landlords and a diverse portfolio of international and national brands. Laurel Ann’s success is attributable to her focus on maximizing client profitability through her expertise in development strategies, market analyses, site research and skillful negotiation.
