Hilary Kellar-Parsons as Director, Sales Representative

With seven years of experience in commercial real estate, Hilary has developed a passion for working with industry-leading brands and emerging retailers. Hilary is experienced at advising her clients on site selection, expansion planning, strategic market analysis, and deal negotiation for their real estate needs in Toronto and throughout Canada. Hilary specializes in landlord and tenant representation for high streets, shopping malls, and office buildings. Prior to joining the Aurora team, she worked for an international brokerage firm in Toronto, where she negotiated retail and office leases across Ontario for local, national, and international clients in enclosed centres, new developments, pad sites, office buildings, and street front retail spaces. Hilary graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Science from McGill University in Montreal (Qc, Canada).
